For every order/project a contract will be made and signed by both parties.

The general informations of such contract are listed below

Workflow 1. A general 3D shape of the object will be created where the shape is subject to change (this step will be skipped if the shape is not subject to change and it is exact). 2. A preview will be sent to the client for approval or change. 3. 3D modeling of the full detail object. 4. Fluid, cloth, rigid body (gravity) simulations. 5. A preview will be sent to the client for approval or change of the simulations. 6. The final versions of the fluid, cloth, and rigid body (gravity) simulations will be baked. 7. Texturing and creating materials, logo and label design. 8. Environment design, animation, lighting setup and color grading. 9. A preview will be sent to the client for approval or change. 10. The final images or video will be rendered. 11. Video editing / text / music and additional color grading will be done or added. 12. A preview will be sent to the client for approval or change. 13. The final images or video will be sent to the client. Each preview will have an associated revision. Previews are in low quality and have watermarks. Revisions What is a revision? A revision is the process by which the client can change certain elements of the work, in different stages of the work. A revision can be comprised of a list of things that need to be changed. When can revisions be used? Revisions can be used after we send a preview for revision. A revision can only be used for the preview associated with it (e.g.: a revision for a preview cannot modify elements that have already been approved in previous previews). A revision cannot be used for things that go beyond the original scope of the discussed work. E.g., we discussed that the lighting will be a dark moody set-up in a flowing river and rocky environment, using a revision we can be asked to change elements like the rocks or the cliffs used in the background with other rocks or cliffs. If you want to have a meadow instead of the rocky cliffs originally discussed that will be subject to discussion and additional cost. We are offering at least one free revision for every preview that is required in the project, the number may vary, based on the specifics of the project. Changes that go beyond the original scope of the discussed work can be changed for additional cost and an additional document will be drawn up for this purpose. For each preview, the client will be informed what changes he can make with the revision associated with it. Until the end of the project, the client will be able to review each stage of the project. Customer response time The client has 3 (three) working* days as response time, otherwise the work will continue in the existing form. Any subsequent modification will have an additional cost and an additional document will be drawn up for this purpose. Completion of the contract The contract is finalized when the full payment of its total value is made (including the value of additional documents, if applicable) or the already paid amount is refunded to the client (in case of cancellation by us). Payment The payment for the work will be made as follows: 50% in advance of the contract value. The rest is paid before the delivery of the work (including the value of the additional documents, if applicable) within a maximum of 48 working* hours after the written notification of the client. The work will begin after the confirmation of the advance payment, and the delivery of the work will be made after the confirmation of the remaining payment up to the contract value (including additional documents, if applicable). Payments will be made only by bank transfer. Additional cost For any significant modification to the work (which does not qualify as a revision), an additional document is drawn up specifying the requested changes and their cost. Ownership After the final renderings and/or video is sent to the client, he has full copyright and ownership over the sent media. We retain the right to use the media created for the client in our portfolio for demonstration and marketing purposes for our services. In special cases where the product is a “secret” and shall not be seen by the public until a certain date, we will not show the renderings or video in our portfolio until that specified date. Exclusion of liability We will do everything possible to meet the delivery deadline and respect every detail of the project, however if the delivery deadline is exceeded and/or there are certain elements of the project that cannot be done exactly as discussed, we are not liable for any damages or revenue loss of the client. When the delivery deadline is exceeded and/or certain elements of the project cannot be done exactly as discussed, the client will be informed and we will try to find solutions. Termination of the contract If we cancel the contract, we undertake to return the entire amount paid by the customer within a maximum of 2 working* days. In case the client renounces the contract, we undertake to send him the proof of the work performed up to that moment within a maximum of 24 hours from the renunciation to the contract (except for Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays), establishing what sums still need to be paid by him or, as the case may be, returned to him (if the client initially paid more than the value of the work done by us, we undertake to refund the difference within a maximum of 7 days). Entire Understanding This Proposal/Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the Romanian laws and represents the entire understanding between the Client and Online Storm in respect to this project.
